Our Staff

Seema joined Hearing Unlimited in 2005. She has her Au.D from Salus University in Pennsylvania, M.S. in Audiology from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and her B.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Iowa. Seema is a member of the Iowa Hearing Association of Hearing Health Professionals. As an experienced and trained professional, she takes a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education classes annually along with specialized manufacturer training.

Courtney joined our team in January of 2020. She is originally from Des Moines, IA and is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where she received her degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders. Courtney serves as an Audiology Technician and is happy to help patients hear better in any way she can! Courtney hopes to return to school to study to become a Doctor of Audiology. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Hi my name is Rachael. I am married, living in Waterloo, IA. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I just welcomed my newest grandson!

I have 13 years of receptionist experience that I bring to the table. I look forward to meeting more people and staying here a very long time!!
